Mel B goes topless, shamelessly putting her surgically enhanced boobs and surgery scar on display

Mel B was photographed sunbathing topless yesterday and very little was covered on her  body.

The America's Got Talent judge had on only a pair of panties as she soaked up the sun with a male companion. Her boobs were on full display and paparazzi took some shots then zoomed in to reveal scars beneath her boobs, showing she went under the knife.
